Snow White Magick Mirror Ritual
You will need:
- a cut up apple (slices)
- wine or cranberry juice
- scrying mirror or crystal
This ritual is for a wish, maybe something that you have been trying for a while to gain. This will be a good way to see what may be working for you or what may be standing in your way.
- Purify the area
- Set up altar
- Cast Circle:
“I cast this circle to protect me from all forces that come to do me harm.”
“I charge this circle to allow only the most perfect energies for this work and block out all other energies.”
“I charge this circle to create a space beyond space, a time beyond time, a temple of perfect love and perfect trust, where the highest will is sovereign.”
“So mote it be.”
- Light and Call the Quarters:
“To the North, I call upon the element of Earth. I call upon the seven dwarfs, the little gnomes that live deep in the forest, to aid with protection and guidance. Hail and Welcome”
To the East, I call upon the element of Air. I call upon the Sylphs, the magickal faeries, to aid in communication and understanding. Hail and Welcome.
To the South, I call the element of Fire. I call upon the huntsman, the taker of death, to aid with movement and passion. Hail and Welcome.
To the West, I call the element of Water. I call upon the sea nymphs, the mermaids from depth waters, to aid in healing and emotions. Hail and Welcome.”
5. Evocation (light the God and Goddess Candles as you say this):
“I call upon the two that move as one in the love of the Great Spirit, the goddess and god, to aid me in this magick. I call upon my highest spirits, guides and guardians to be present. I Hail and welcome.”
- Naming the work
“I call this circle to partner with the power of the Moon and the Moon Goddess.”
- Great Rite:
“As the athame is to the male, the cup is to the female
that when conjoined, bring bright blessings and happiness to each.
Man is not greater than woman, nor woman greater than man,
yet both have much to offer and both are equally loved by the God and Goddess source.”
- Work to be performed:
(light meditative music in background.)
Take a piece of apple…
As you hold this magick apple take time to reflect what it is that you are asking for tonight. Think about your intent and if it is for the highest and correct good harming none and when you are ready, step up to the altar and gaze into the magick mirror and state the following:
“Mirror, Mirror on the wall
Please listen now as I call
This wish I want, for it to come true
Tell me mirror, what is it I need to do.”
Take a moment to look into the mirror. What is it that you need to do to make your wish come true. Do you need to make a sacrifice of some sort? Do you need to light a candle? Do you need to change something in your life or in your thoughts? Let the mirror show you what you need to do.
When you are done, thank the mirror and take a drink of the juice or wine (this represents blood) you may now eat your apple, taking in the wisdom that you have now learned from the mirror.
Say the words:
“An it harm none, so mote it be”
I thank and release the goddess, god and great spirit and all spirits, guides, guardians and the maiden goddess represented as Snow White. Stay if you will, go if you must. Hail and farewell.”
- Release Quarters:
“To the North, I thank and release the element of Earth. I thank the seven dwarfs, the little gnomes that live deep in the forest for your aid in this circle. Stay if you will, go fi you must. Hail and Farewell.
“To the East, I thank and release the element of Air. I thank the Sylphs and magickal faeries for your aid in this circle. Stay if you will, go if you must. Hail and Farewell.
To the South, I thank and release the element of Fire. I thank the Huntsman for your aid in this circle. Stay if you will, go if you must. Hail and Farewell
To the West, I thank and release the element of water and the sea nymphs, the mermaids for your aid in this circle. Stay if you will, go if you must. Hail and Farewell
- Release circle:
“I cast this circle out into the universe as a sign of my magick. The Temple is now closed the circle is open, yet unbroken. Merry meet, merry part and merry meet again.”
